***NEWS UPDATE***

Kim Montelaro’s killer is up for parole again, less than 3 years after his last hearing, despite receiving a Life sentence.  Once again, we have been vigorously fighting his early release. On April 5th, we delivered a petition to the NJ Parole Board with over 3,000 signatures urging the Board to deny Righetti’s parole. A final decision is expected by the end of June 2012.
